Does God exist?
I am a firm believer in a personal God. Not personal in that I make 
up what he is, but personal in that he gets involved with the world and 
people he created. Why do I believe in such a being? Because I see the 
order of nature. I see how everything works together, and I think how 
unlikely it is that any of this should come about randomly.  It seems 
to me that the natural path is to that of disorder, and not to order. 
The only way for disorder to become order is for a higher order to make 
it so, for example, arranging Lincoln logs to form a house, or letters to 
form a book. I also see how those people who follow the God of Israel can 
have a joy that doesn't depend on circumstance. Surely there is one who 
comforts them and blesses them. It is true I have not physically seen God, 
and that nobody alive has seen Him personally, yet I feel my belief is 
rational, and I can see God in a deeper way, a very personal way.
